Ambient intelligence for commercial spaces
Physical spaces that learn.
We're building sensing and AI agents that understand how a space is used, predict what a change will do, act on it and prove the result, without identifying anyone.
How it works
From signals to proven change.
For workplaces, venues, showrooms, hospitality and retail: anywhere people move through a space that should work better.
-
Perceive
Understand what happens.
Models on the sensor interpret the space as it is used and send out only anonymous events. No footage leaves the device.
-
Model
Know how a space behaves.
A live model of each space learns its rhythms, flows and causes, joined with transactions, staffing and bookings.
-
Predict
See the effect first.
Ask what opening a second entrance or moving a team would do, and get a forecast with its uncertainty.
-
Act
Respond while it matters.
Agents alert your team, update screens and signage, or adjust lighting and climate as conditions change, within limits you set.
-
Prove
Know it worked.
Each change runs against a control. The result corrects the model, so the next prediction is better.
Every result makes the next prediction better
What sets us apart
Describe what matters. The space watches for it.
No dashboards to configure and no detectors to train. Write the situations you care about in plain language, and models on the sensor watch for them as anonymous events.
- A visitor waiting more than two minutes with no one free to help.
- A meeting room booked but empty.
- An exhibit people walk up to and leave within seconds.
Each one can become an experiment: predict the fix, test it against a control, keep what works.
Privacy and control
Private by design. Governed by a constitution.
-
No one is identified
Images are processed on the sensor and discarded there. Only anonymous events leave it, so there is no footage to lose.
-
Agents work within limits
Agents act only through channels you approve and within limits you set. Anything beyond them waits for a person.
-
Every action is traceable
Each decision is logged with the data and reasoning behind it, so it can be reviewed, explained and corrected.
Why we do it
Most of what happens in a commercial space is never measured.
Online, every click is measured and every change is tested. In physical spaces, decisions still rest on instinct and on whatever is easy to count. Ambient Analytics began with Microsoft Kinect, which made behaviour measurable without seeing who anyone was. Models that understand a space, predict what a change will do and act on it can now do the rest.
